1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WIZZGEEKS services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by WIZZGEEKS, located at KSSIDC Complex, 1st Block, 216, Indra Nagar, Electronics City Phase 1, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100.

2. Services Description

WIZZGEEKS provides technology solutions including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Web and mobile application development
• Technology consulting services
• System integration and maintenance

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely provision of necessary materials, data, and feedback
• Payment of agreed fees according to the payment schedule
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and system access

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to the specific terms of each project agreement

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, upon full payment:

• Client owns the custom-developed software and solutions
• WIZZGEEKS retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• WIZZGEEKS may use project experience for marketing purposes (with client consent)

6. Confidentiality

WIZZGEEKS maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect confidential information and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

WIZZGEEKS' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
